Teledyne Brown Engineering, a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY), was recognized as Large Business Subcontractor of the Year by Bechtel for exceptional work on projects for Bechtel’s Nuclear, Security & Environmental global business unit.

Companies were evaluated on multiple factors including the following: overall performance; the ability to deliver quality services/supplies on time; the ability to work collaboratively to meet milestones; and meeting or exceeding project expectations in aspects of safety, construction performance, technical expertise, and environmental compliance. Nominations were reviewed and approved by Bechtel procurement and project managers with final approval from senior leadership.

Teledyne Brown Engineering has been supplying hardware and systems for the energy and nuclear industry for over five decades. The company is a subcontractor to Bechtel for work supporting the Uranium Processing Facility project at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
