Now, as of January 1, 2026, Skytech will complete its transformation into Pilatus Aircraft USA, headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado.

🌍 A Name That Reflects Global Strength

The rebranding is more than a change of name — it’s a declaration of identity. By becoming Pilatus Aircraft USA, the company underscores its full integration into the Pilatus Group. This move reaffirms Pilatus’ commitment to quality, customer proximity, and the local workforce, while assuring customers that the proven Skytech team will continue to deliver the same high standard of service, technical expertise, and personal support.

💡 Strengthening the Global Brand

The new name makes it clear: Skytech is now part of the global Pilatus network. For customers and business partners, this provides clarity and confidence, positioning the company within a worldwide brand known for innovation and reliability.

Pilatus is pursuing a uniform global identity, and this rebranding highlights its long-term stability and commitment to the U.S. market. Customers can expect to benefit even more directly from the resources, expertise, and strength of the Pilatus parent company.

🇺🇸 Strong Roots in the USA

Pilatus has been deeply rooted in the U.S. for nearly three decades, operating a Colorado subsidiary where final assembly of the PC‑12 and PC‑24 takes place. With Skytech’s integration, Pilatus is expanding its footprint further, investing in new jobs and facilities while contributing to economic development on the East Coast.

Looking ahead, Pilatus plans to establish another site in Florida dedicated to PC‑12 assembly for the North and South American markets — a clear sign of confidence in future growth and commitment to the region.
