UTair Aviation will participate in the 12th YurgaTour-2013 specialized tourist trade fair that will take place in Khanty-Mansyisk on November 14-16, 2013. Trade fair visitors will have an opportunity to become acquainted with the UTair five-passenger Eurocopter AS350 helicopter on display in the outdoor performance area. UTair Aviation is an active passenger carrier in the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous District performing both helicopter operations for big corporate clients and passenger operations from the major federal centers and within the region making tourist destinations of Yugra more accessible for visitors. UTair operates regular flights from Khanty-Mansyisk to Moscow, Baku, Beloyarskyi, Beryozovo, Yekaterinburg, Igrim, Nizhnevartovsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Saint Petersburg, Surgut, Tyumen, and Urai. The trade fair is aimed at demonstrating the tourist and recreational potential of Yugra and promoting ethnographic and ecological tourism in region. Visitors to the trade fair will be shown travel routes, tours and leisure programs for families, youth and children from region’s leading travel operators and agencies. Moreover workshops, presentations of Yugra commercial food products and a public tasting of regional ethnic and cultural dishes will be organized for guests. Over 4,500 people attended the trade fair in 2012. UTair Aviation is one of the world’s largest helicopter operators, offering services on 4 continents for Russian and international partners. The airline has been recognized with prestigious awards and prizes, including the Best Helicopter Company of the Year prize awarded at Wings of Russia Aviation Contest. UTair Aviation ranks among the top three Russian airlines. In 2012 UTair aircraft transported 8,582,681 passengers. The airline operates more than 150 fixed wing aircraft and performs flights to 110 destinations in Russia and aboard. The airline maintains its central hub at Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow, from which it performs 100 flights daily. YugraTour-2013 is a specialized tourist trade fair showcasing companies from the Russian travel industry. 100 firms participated in the trade fair in 2012. The Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Region – Yugra was represented by enterprises and institutions from 19 municipal entities working in the tourism industry and education. The fair is organized by the Khanty-Mansyisk – Yugra Regional Authority, the Tourism Directorate of the Khanty-Mansyisk Autonomous Region – Yugra Department of Natural Resources and Non-energy Sector of Economy, and the Yugorskiye Contracts District Exhibition Center.
