KLM and TUI Nederland in action for 42nd Red Cross flight.
Every year, KLM takes great pleasure in helping the Red Cross give their guests an unforgettable experience. We are glad we can do this for these people, particularly because they often find it difficult to travel. Our crew and their caretakers will do everything in their power to ensure a pleasant trip to and from Valencia for these passengers.

We will do our utmost to make this a truly memorable day for the participants. Valencia is a beautiful city where many of our customers have experienced wonderful holidays. We hope the same will apply for our Red Cross guests after 15 September.

This special group of holidaymakers will fly there and back in a single day and will, among other things, visit the Oceanographic, Europe’s largest aquarium. The trip is a welcome diversion for the participants, many of whom have difficulty travelling. For some, this will even be the first time aboard a plane.
This Red Cross trip was made possible by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and tour operator TUI Nederland. KLM will make an entire aircraft and crew available for the excursion.
Tour operator TUI Nederland has prepared a carefree programme of activities.
This trip is unique, even by the standards of the Netherlands Red Cross, which has many years of experience in arranging holidays for those who are unable to travel alone. To ensure that the guests can get the most out of their excursion, no fewer than 35 Red Cross volunteers will be going along, including two doctors and six nurses of the Red Cross. Previous trips saw the Red Cross guests visiting Orlando, Majorca, Vienna, Prague, Dublin and Paris.
