One of the leading passenger and cargo airlines in Latin America, LAN Airlines, based in Chile looks to AWAS to deliver innovative fleetsolution.

Dublin-based global aircraft lessor, AWAS, announced that it has delivered a second
new A320 passenger aircraft to LAN, one of the leading passenger and cargo airlines
in Latin America.
In late 2011 AWAS and LAN entered into a purchase and leaseback transaction for 5
Airbus A320 aircraft that the carrier had previously ordered directly from the
manufacturer for 2011-2012 delivery.

LAN will use these new fuel-efficient, narrowbody aircraft to strengthen and
modernise their regional network throughout South America.
